I am Dmitry Strigunkov and let me present my brand STRIGUN.

In the upcoming events and workshops we will learn how to increase strength, flexibility, and fitness while nourishing our immune system and increasing our energy levels. The flow of the sequence been designed and structured based on physiotherapy, traditional hatha yoga and martial arts movements. All movements are accessible for all levels. The whole sequence is going to be supported in the most natural way by pranayama and breathing exercise; it’s just like when we are asleep our body system gets rejuvenated, balanced and restores it’s function. But in this case we will remain moving actively from our energy centre / our core. Instead of sleeping, we will keep our muscular and joints system active, creating energy belts / bandhas for balancing in this dynamic meditation. In doing so we will be improving not only physical but also physiological health and enhancement of our longevity - all the while keeping it fun and invigorating!
